Our Planned Community (aka Hasseville) A brief description of Hasseville: The planned community, Hasseville, was designed to incorporate 2 already developed sections of Tewksbury Township. With this in mind, a town center was developed consisting of mixed use commercial property with 12 residential units above. Connecting the village core to the pre-existing residence is a large community park. The park incorporates an existing wetlands and stream. In addition, a community garden and nature center is included. Three hundred residential units surround the town center all within a 1500 foot radius of convenient pedestrian travel. These residential units include 64 duplexes, 11 semi-detached houses, 92 detached small lots, and 23 detached large lots. The area to the west of Scully Drive is planned for future development. To the east of Scully Drive will be left as a conservation area.
