Key responsibilities
Responsibilities
entail teaching the life sciences for grades 9 through 12 at Brentwood High
School. Biology, Advanced Biology,
Botany, Ethology, and Microbiology.
Since 1993, I have sponsored a volunteer group of Brentwood High School
students to test Deer Creek at three source points for water quality. We collect physical, chemical, and
biological data about the macroinvertebrates for each site three or four times
per year. In conjunction with our city
government, we clean up the trash along our stream sites and the city provides
us the dump truck to haul away the trash.
I am also the sponsor of the National Honor Society.
