Biographical Information

I was born in Historic Selma, Alabama on Leap Year 1944; mother of three children, Traci Lorraine, April Michelle, and Henry Marcellus all above age 25 and have complete their college education and/or technical training.  I been in a school system since age 20 and have considered retirement; however, since all years have experience not been

Concentrated in the same state, retirement with full benefits is a problem. I started my teaching career in Hallandale (Broward County), Florida; transferred to Miami (Dade County), Florida, and landed in my birthplace, Selma, where I have taught for the last 17 years.  Five years of the 35 years experience were spent as part of the administrative staff at Miami Central High School where I served as Student Activities Director.
