DESCRIPTION :
The property is located on the west side of Buffalo Hollow Road; there ia an unoccupied stone dwelling of historical significance, in a state of disrepair, on the property. Also included are a barn, an enclosed pasture and several outbuilding. The spring house is located on the opposite side of the road and is need of repair.

LOCATION :
approximately 1500 acres, located in Lebanon Township east of Route 31, between Rocky Run Road (bordering the Geriatric Center to the west) and Buffalo Hollow Road (bordering Voorhees State Park to the east.)  USGS may #46 (High Bridge quadrangle 7.5 minute series photorevised, 1970) The southwest boundary is located 40o41'00" north latitude and 74o54'00" west longitude; northeast boundary is 40o41'30" north latitude, 74o53'50" west longitude

Planned Community

The undeveloped parcel (approximately 925 acres) is located on three sides of  the perimeter of the property, along the north, northeast and western edges. A community garden plot occupies approximately 200 acres in the northwest, central portion of the property
