Summary: Students will use a two liter bottle, some ice,
and some hot water to investigate the water cycle. They will create
a cloud in a bottle and observe precipitation as the vapor condenses into
droplets

Summary: Students will create a landfill in a two liter
bottle by combining organic wastes, soil, and water. After the organic
material has had time to decompose the students will test the air in the
bottle for methane

Summary: Students will use Bromothymol Blue solution to test
the carbon dioxide in normal air and in the air they exhale. Students
will learn that animal respiration generates carbon dioxide.

Summary: Students will investigate the role plants play in the
balance of carbon dioxide in the atmosphere. The air will be tested
in a container with a plant and a control container.
