Pamela Sawyer-Kuforiji
I have been involved in education for over ten years.  My experience includes
teaching Adult Basic Education courses at South Suburban College in South Holland, Illinois, facilitating a teacher outreach seminar (for which participants received graduate credit from Chicago State University), and conducting science seminars at the local school level.  Recently (summer 1998) I participated in the Woodrow Wilson Environmental Science Institute at Princeton University where I studied global warming issues.
Currently, I teach fifth and sixth grade gifted students in Chicago Public Schools.
My philosophy on education is that all children are entitled to a twenty-first century education.
