We encourage you to complete the questionnaire on the Web. It really
helps us eliminate data entry and text entry errors and helps insure
that we represent your responses accurately. If for some reason,
though, you cannot complete the Web version, paper copies are
available from Leslie, Gary, Lindy, Ed or me.
We realize time is tight at the end of the institute, but please try
to complete the questionnaire by Thursday, 6:00 PM if you can. If
you're submitting a paper copy, I'll be at the reception Thursday
evening, and you can get it to me then (or before; I'll be around for
the next few days) or during check out on Friday.
