Q Do participants earn stipends?
A WWNFF provides a certain amount of money. It isn't enough to provide
stipends. But a district may use other funds to do so.
Q Who pays stipend?
A WWNFF pays a stipend to the facilitators, not participants.
Q How are groups chosen for TORCH? What are the criteria? Is there a
rubric?
A There are standards for the institute designs. And a rubric was
created last year and could be again this year.
