People, Vernier just came out with a new gaseous CO2 probe. Is this what you'all
are talking about? It is a little pricy (around 250 bucks) but they say it
works! Let me know how (if you buy it) works. Their DO probe is a litle trick
to get used to but with experience and help can be render quite good results.

I had a group of students trying to study effects of increased CO2 on
photosynthesis. We used an aquatic plant and sodium bicarbonate as the source
of CO2. I guess that by calculating its concentration and working with its
equilibrium constants one could figure out the exact amount of CO2 present. We
used pH changes.Photosynthesis was measured by monitoring the O2. I don't
really know how it whent because I have not seen all the data.. But it is
definetly an idea to be worked with....
