At long last, I have posted my outreach proposal on the web. I
believe that Mary wanted those of us who were accepted on the first go
round to present our plan as a model. Well, I know the submission
deadline for the second time around is imminent, but my project required
additional reworking and negotiation. Since I am the lone facilitator, I
had no one to dump the responsibility on. And like you all, I have a lot
of other irons in the fire. Well, better late than not at all. You can
