4. Scroll down to your state. While pressing the Shift key, click/hold/drag down so as to highlight every instance of your state name.
If you go too far, i.e., into the next state name, just stop dragging. Then, while pressing the Shift key, click those states that you want to deselect. (That is, they toggle on/off.)
