Skinner Fish Facility: Fish move with the current into the intake channel above. |
Small fish are diverted from the intake channel by the series of metal louvers above and into bypasses. |
Seven 20 foot concrete tanks hold the fish in 10 to 12 feet of water. |
A screen is lowered into the tank to capture the fish. |
