Your project proposal is now on the web site. During the institute,
there will be a process for you to update the ongoing work of the
projects on the web. For now, I'll post links to your email messages
whenever you send an updated description (or if you already know how to
edit web pages, I'd of course be happy to post any revised pages you
mail me!).

This institute is indeed quite different -- and the advance project
planning you're doing right now is a wonderful example of exactly the
kind of change we're trying to accomplish. Through this, you are
feeding your real teaching needs into the design of the institute.
The flip side is that during this process, there will be some mutual
ambiguity. But I know that you need more information than you have now
about the resources (faculty, workshops, Princeton environment) that the
institute can provide in support of your project.
I'm working with the faculty to get more detailed descriptions of their
workshops -- you saw Bob Ford's recent explanation of the AAG Modules,
now also available on the web site. Of more direct application to your
project, I just added some information on the Princeton area to the
"Resources" part of the web site -- see the USGS page linked there for
helpful background on water-quality problems in NJ.
