Introduction of team and selection of project

Hello Environmental Institute Participants. My name is Debbie Stone, and I
am a teacher at Alhambra High School in Alhambra, CA which is about 20 miles
east of Los Angeles. My teammate is Dan Hyke who also teaches at Alhambra
High School. Our team does have web access and in about two weeks we will
both have an e-mail address. We are both very excited about the institute
this summer.
After browsing the web site, we have selected the project entitled, "Nitrate
Loading of Stream Waters: An Agricultural vs. Suburban Comparison The
project sounds quite interesting! We do have STELLA at Alhambra High School
which is a modeling software program that can be a supplement to the project.
Will you have STELLA at the institute so that we may see how to implement
its use for this project?
