Absolutely, yes! By "complete" I meant "full-featured", not
"finished". That is, GREEN and GLOBE are offering fully-planned-out
projects; all you have to do is sign up.

The other "project ideas" are more open-ended, and depend partly on you
to set precise goals and to figure out which resources to tap for
training and background. As a matter of fact, you don't have to stick
to any of the ideas we've suggested -- if there is a specific
environmental issue relevant to your region that you'd like to begin to
pursue this summer, by all means, suggest your own project. The main
thing is to look over the resources (organizations and faculty) and see
who could best work with you this summer to achieve that goal. Email
addresses are provided so that you can write directly to the relevant
people and find out if they're the right ones to help you.
