 CHEMISTRY LINKS

There is a vast amount of information on the web and many sites to explore. Instead of attempting to construct the ultimate list of sites pertaining to high school chemistry, we will provide links to some of our favorite sites which are good sources to use as a starting point.

For High School Students: Chemistry I

Designed by Jan Hildenbrandt as a supplement to the textbook she "inherited" for her Chemistry I class; links are keyed to chemistry topics.

For High School Teachers: The Catalyst

a relatively new site intended as a source of materials for high school chemistry teachers; excellent links section.

For General Audiences: Ask-a-Scientist

page provides links to several webpages where you can ask a specific scientific or mathematical question, and a group of dedicated volunteers will try to provide you with an answer.

Please keep in mind that the web is constantly changing. Should you discover a nonfunctioning link, please notify the person responsible for that site so they can update that page. Likewise, if you find a new chemistry reference source that should be included on one of the above sites, please pass on that information via that site's E-mail address.
