My name is Colleen Sullivan. I am a biology
teacher at Whitefish High School in Whitefish, Montana. My teaching
assignments are Biology and Advanced Biology. The Advanced Biology will
be a new course for the 2000-2001 school year. I have taught Biology for
the past 16 years. Prior to teaching Biology I taught Physical Education
for 8 years. I have just completed 24 years of teaching, spending 22 of
those years here in Whitefish.
I am a native Montanan, born and raised in Billings. My elementary high school years were spent in Billings as well. I received a B.S. degree from the College of Great Falls in 1972 and a M.S.T degree from the University of Montana in 1992. While working on my M.S.T degree, I spent two summers studying at the University of Montana's Biological Station on Flathead Lake. I have also participated in 3 of the Texas Instrument T3 (Teachers Teaching with Technology) workshops, during the past 5 years. |
