I am a graduate of Stonehill College in North
Easton, MA with a B.S. in Biology. I spent one year at George Washington
University School of Medicine, took a leave of absence and found out during
that year that I was born to be a teacher! I have been one since, except
for time off for children (5!) and a brief soray into law school (Suffolk U.
School of Law) and a two year stint as a trial lawyer for a small firm.
I've returned to teaching in 1987, because that is where I belong.
I am married to a very supportive Biology teacher/attorney and we have 5 wonderful children. 4 boys and a girl, aged 8-23. I am currently completing a Masters degree in Environmental Health at Tuffs University. In my spare time I am the sports editor/writer for our local newspaper and travel across the country as a curriculum consultant for Kendall-Hunt. I love to learn, and I love to be busy! |
