I am an American born abroad, Munich Germany to be
specific. I grew up in the countryside, New Jersey. I've lived in
Florida since 1982. Ever since I can remember I have loved science. Be
it rock collecting or telescope watching, I was captivated. Throughout
high school I focused my attention on Biology and the medical
sciences.
My focus on education occurred when I decided against going to medical school. I pursued teaching at the suggestion of a college professor. I have loved teaching ever since. I recently received my masters in curriculum and instruction. I have also finished my 3rd year as a science teacher. Each year is more fabulous than the one before. I look forward to an exciting and fulfilling career in education. |
