My experience at Woodrow Wilson was one full of adventure, excitement, education, science, and especially surprises.  We, the group, were under a hectic work schedule that consisted of extensive studies in biodiversity and microbiology. My group, consisting of Cindy, Ann-Marie, Skip (Glenn) and I, did an extensive study on the Biodiversity of Microbes Within Mud, through the use of Wingradsky Columns and various staining tecniques.  This project also required us to present a paper and power point presentation.  Our program also included trips to the Museam of Natural History, the Bronx Zoo, NY Botanical Gardens, a canoe trip, and various lectures and labs.  It was a grand experience which opened my eyes to new ideas and allowed me to discuss teaching approaches and ideas with a wide variety of people from all over the nation.  It is truly an experience which I will never forget.

I am currently teaching at Maynard Evans High School.  My email is MrPAtEvans@aol.com.
