Welcome to my web page. I'm a chemistry teacher at Luz America Calderon High School in Carolina, Puerto Rico.  I'm participating in Biodiversity workshop of Woodrow Wilson National Fellowship Foundation, summer 1999.

In Puerto Rico I participate in Puerto Rico Statewide Systematic Initiative (PRSSI) and Urban Forest Project, University of Puerto Rico and U.S. Forest Service coordinate this project. In our school I'm teacher coordinator of the sciences faculty. The faculty has seven (7) science teachers.

In PRSSI Project our students have three (3) science courses in a year.  Each one is a sixty (60) days course. They learn biology, chemistry and physics in an integrated way.
