Procedure
Evenly distribute bacterial sample over agar; prepare two plates for each species to be tested.
Prepare sterile control disks with distilled water for each agar plate. Let air dry.
Prepare spice extracts using distilled water, soak sterile disks in extracts and allow to dry.
Incubate for 24-48 hours at room temperature.
Measure distance between margin of disk and beginning of bacterial growth.
