Inquiry Lab: Spices as Antibiotics
Students will have been previously instructed on aseptic techniques and safety precautions.
Students work in groups to design an experiment to test antibiotic properties of selected spices.
Each group should be able to explain why they chose the spices they did.
Before beginning the actual lab work, their experimental design must be approved by the teacher.
