Materials and Methods
Extracts of spices = Cayenne pepper seeds, Tabasco sauce, flesh of bell pepper, bell pepper seeds and mustard seeds.
Then we prepared extracts from garlic, Tabasco sauce, flesh of bell pepper, bell pepper seeds, and mustard seeds.
Sterile paper discs were saturated with the spice extracts and dried. They were then placed with sterile forceps on the bacterial lawn.
