Step 1: Complete the Online Registration Form
Step 2: Complete the Online Application
Sign in to the Woodrow Wilson Web site. Complete all items on the application and click “Submit” to send in your application once your edits have been completed. Once you click Submit it will no longer be possible to edit your application; if you think you may still wish to add or change items, click “Save,” and you will be able to return to work further on your application at a later time.
Step 3: Contact Your References
Please request that three (3) letters of recommendation to be sent to the Woodrow Wilson Indiana Teaching Fellowship Program, by email to WWTFdocs@woodrow.org, or by fax to 609-452-0066 or by mail to:

Step 4: Request Original, Official Copies of your Academic Transcripts
Obtain official copies of your transcripts for all undergraduate and graduate institutions you have attended. This includes any institution that awarded credit for coursework.
Step 5: Register for and complete the Praxis I exam. For more information on the Praxis I, click here.
NOTE: In order to be considered for a Fellowship and admission to the partner university, an official Praxis I score report demonstrating passing scores must be received by the Foundation no later than March 12, 2010.
Step 6: Mail your supporting materials to Woodrow Wilson Indiana Teaching Fellowship program ensuring they arrive on or before October 12, 2009 (for early decision) and January 12, 2010 (for all other candidates). Please note that your Praxis I score report is not due until March 12, 2010
All supporting documentation should be mailed in a secure, sealed envelope to the address provided below:

Step 7: Financial Aid
Each of the participating Indiana institutions provide financial aid opportunities for graduate students. Should you be interested in applying for need-based financial aid from the federal government, you will need to complete the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) which can be found at www.fafsa.ed.gov.
Step 8: Check on the Status of Your Application
Sign in to the Woodrow Wilson Web site using your username and password, select “View Saved and Submitted Applications,” then select "Woodrow Wilson Teaching Fellowship - Indiana". Notes regarding the "Status of Required Supporting Documentation" are provided in red in the upper right-hand corner of your screen.
The online application and supporting documentation
must be received by the Woodrow Wilson Indiana Teaching Fellowship Program by the appropriate deadline.
If you wish to be considered for early decision, the deadline is October 12, 2009.
The deadline for all other submissions is January 12, 2010.
Please note that your Praxis I score report is not due until March 12, 2010.
